FRAME TIDE POST LLC - PRIVACY POLICY

Effective Date: June 16, 2026.

Frame Tide Post LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit our website or use our Client Portal (collectively, our "Service") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This Service is offered exclusively to business entities and professionals strictly aged 18 or older. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect We collect specific data necessary to execute our asynchronous B2B video post-production services:

  • Personal Identification Information (PII): Name, business email address, and company name provided during the onboarding process.

  • Financial Information: All subscription payments are processed securely via Stripe. Frame Tide Post LLC does not process, store, or host your credit card numbers or raw financial data on our servers.

  • Production Assets: Video raw footage, project briefs, brand assets, and creative references uploaded to our infrastructure (Google Drive) or linked via the Client Portal.

2. How We Use Your Information We use the collected information strictly for operational and fulfillment purposes:

  • To create and manage your account within our Client Portal.

  • To execute video editing, post-production, and quality assurance processes.

  • To communicate asynchronously regarding project status, revisions, and deliveries via Frame.io.

  • To fulfill our contractual obligations, enforce our Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and process subscription billing.

3. Data Retention and Deletion Policy (Data Purge) To ensure optimal operational capacity and security, we enforce a strict data retention protocol:

  • Raw Footage: All unedited raw files and source materials uploaded for a specific project will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers fifteen (15) days after the project status is marked as "Delivered". Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups of raw materials.

  • Final Deliverables: Final rendered video files (Masters) will be retained and accessible within the "Past Projects" section of the Client Portal for a strictly limited period of ninety (90) days following the date the project status is marked as "Delivered". Upon the expiration of this 90-day period, the files will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers. It is the Client's sole responsibility to download and backup their final deliverables within this timeframe.

4. Third-Party Sub-processors We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We share necessary operational data exclusively with vetted third-party platforms required to deliver the Service:

  • Stripe: For payment processing and subscription management.

  • Softr & Airtable: For Client Portal hosting and database management.

  • Google Drive: For secure file storage and transfer.

  • Frame.io: For video review and client feedback.

5. Cross-Border Data Transfers While Frame Tide Post LLC is a Wyoming-registered entity, our operations, including editing and project management, are executed internationally. By using our Service, you consent to the transfer, processing, and storage of your Production Assets and PII outside the United States under secure, confidentiality-bound workflows.

6. Cookie Policy (Zero-Tracking Environment) Our Service operates on a strict "Zero-Tracking" protocol. We do not deploy marketing, advertising, or third-party tracking pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Analytics tracking). We solely use "Strictly Necessary Cookies" required for the core functionality of the Service, such as maintaining secure user login sessions within the Client Portal.

7. Children's Privacy Our Service is intended solely for business professionals and is strictly not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account and delete their data.
