What exactly is a "Lane" and how does it work?
A Lane is your dedicated production slot. With the Growth plan (1 Lane), we work on one of your projects at a time, delivering a polished V1 in 48 hours or less. As soon as we deliver that V1, your Lane opens up and we immediately start on your next queued project. When you send feedback, revisions become our #1 priority and slide back into your active Lane for 24-hour or less turnaround. It's a continuous flow system designed to maximize your monthly output without bottlenecks.
How does the Pilot Week work and what's included?
A: The Pilot Week ($299) is your low-risk entry test. You get one complete video with full service: project submission through our portal, assignment to a Senior Editor, QA review, and final delivery. It includes one revision round within the week. You experience our process before committing to a monthly plan.
How do you ensure quality if I have multiple editors over time?
This is where our system shines. We work only with Senior Level Talent only, and every single V1 passes through our Dedicated QA layer before you ever see it. Your Project Manager verifies brief adherence, technical specs, and brand consistency. You get the same quality whether it's Editor #1 or Editor #4 because the process, not the individual, guarantees the standard.
How is this different from "unlimited editing" services I've seen?
The difference is in the system, not the promise. "Unlimited" mills often sacrifice quality for volume, rotating your work through junior editors with minimal oversight. We're built differently: Dedicated Senior Editors (not a pool of random talent), mandatory QA on every deliverable, a proprietary client portal for transparency, and a codified aesthetic standard. We're not selling cheap labor, we're selling a reliable, premium post-production department that happens to cost less than one in-house editor.
Are there any file size or format limitations for my footage?
To guarantee our strict 48-hour SLA, we require standard compressed formats (ProRes, H.264, HEVC, etc.) and a maximum upload size of 60GB per brief. We do not accept uncompressed RAW formats (like RED RAW or ARRI RAW) as they create unnecessary transfer bottlenecks and slow down your lane's momentum.
What types of videos do you NOT edit?
We specialize in high-retention formats for B2B and Commercial markets: Real Estate, Local Commerce, Personal Branding, and Corporate communications. We do not handle long-form documentaries (20+ minutes), feature films, wedding videos, or heavy custom 3D/VFX work. What software and deliverables do you provide?
We work with the Adobe Suite. Deliverables include your master file in the resolution you specify (typically 4K or 1080p), plus any alternate versions (square, vertical, etc.) requested in your brief. We include licensed stock music and AI-powered tools and assets at no extra cost.
